Where do we make shipment?
We deliver all around the world. Please provide us with your full Street Address along with the Pin Code/ Zip Code and contact numbers to ensure we can execute a trouble free & timely delivery.

We use courier services to make our shipments. Hence all our parcels are only handed over to a person. Our shipments cannot be delivered in either your Mail Boxes or at the Security Gate of your residence.

Your order will be delivered on any day from Tuesday to Saturday during the working hours of the courier company. The working hours of the courier company may vary from country to country. Kindly check the same with the courier company’s local office.
 
Which courier companies do we partner with?
We partner only with the best in the industry. DHL, FEDEX & RPX India are the carriers we use. All these carriers are industry leaders and have a track record of fast, reliable and error free deliveries of shipments.

Upon dispatching the shipment, Pramanik provides it’s customer with the shipment details (Day & Date of Dispatch, Carrier Used, Shipment No. etc). The customer can track his/her shipment online by logging on to the official websites of these carriers and logging in their shipment number.
 
Who bears the cost of shipment?
We deliver your order free of cost to any address in India and rest of the world. We do not charge our customers for the shipping of the product. International shipping also is absolutely free of cost to the customer.
 
Who bears the local taxes custom and import duties?
Local Taxes, VAT, Custom and Import Duties vary from country to country and all such expenses will have to be borne by the customer. If the government of your country/ region levies custom duties on courier services, the same would be payable by the customer. Customers should kindly note that Pramanik provides only FREE SHIPMENT of the order. Any other expenses on account of local rules will be payable by the customer.
 
What is the time taken for the shipment?
If a customer’s order is available in our stock, the order is delivered to the customer within 7-10 working days. In case the order placed by the customer is not available in the current stock, we would require 15-25 days for delivering your order. In such cases, the time required for shipment depends on the category of product ordered.
 
The shipment time would also depend on the location of delivery. A shipment in India could take lesser time, whereas an international shipment could take longer. However, every order would be delivered to the customer within the time span mentioned above.
 
We do not compromise with the quality of our products and in a rare instance; the delivery time could stretch beyond 25 days. In any such instance, we would inform the customer about the time delay. Customer should kindly note that no refunds or replacements will be entertained for any time delay.

What are the risks involved in shipment?
There are virtually no risks involved in shipment. We adhere to stringent packing processes to ensure that your order is safely delivered without any damages. Your order is first packed in a high grade polythene bag thereby making your order safe from water and other liquids. After this, the product is packed in cotton bag and then finally placed securely in a corrugated box. The courier company then packs this with its own packing material. These multiple rounds of packing ensure a damage free product delivery.
 
How can I track my shipment?
As soon as your order is handed over to the courier company, we would send you an email with all the shipment details like Name of the Courier Company, Day & Date of Dispatch, Shipment Number etc. You can check the status of your order by clicking `My Order' link on our website www.pramanik.in. You will find this link on the bottom of our homepage. You can also track the shipment by entering the Shipment Number on the official website of the courier company.

What if the address given by me is incomplete or incorrect?
Any incomplete or incorrect address would result in a delay in the delivery of your order. In case the address mentioned by you is incorrect (Ex. the postal/ zip code does not match with the name of the area mentioned by you), the issue would in all probability be raised by the courier company. The courier company personnel would get in touch with you to sort out the errors. In case the courier company notifies Pramanik about an error in address, our personnel would get in touch with you to rectify the error and to ensure the product is dispatched. In case you spot an error in the address entered by you, you can write to us on sales@pramanik.in or call us on our customer care number +91-22-2415 5588/99 or +91-22-6159 9100 on any day of the week (Except Monday) from 10am to 9pm. Customers should note that Pramanik would not be responsible for any delay in delivery on account of an incorrect address.
 
Can I change the address of delivery?
Once you register an order, it would not be possible to entertain a request for change in address. In case you wish to change the address of delivery, you need to do so before placing the order with us. For address change requests, you can write to us on sales@pramanik.in with the details of your new address. You can also call us on our customer care number +91-22-2415 5588/ 99 or +91-22-6159 9100 on any day of the week (Except Monday) from 10am to 9pm.
 
In certain rare and urgent cases, we would not hesitate to go that extra mile and changing the address of delivery after an order is placed. In such cases, you can call our customer care numbers and ask for the change in delivery address.
 
Changes in delivery address after placing an order disturbs our standard operating procedure. Its our humble request to all our customers to avoid such last minute changes in address.
 
Can I place an order for multiple addresses?
Yes, a single order involving more than one product, can be shipped to multiple addresses. You will have to acknowledge us with the details of address to which each product needs to be delivered. Measurement Information
 
 
Every outfit has a specific measurement requirement. Only Pramanik feel the need for specific measurement for a specific garment.
 
- After the completion of the order please check your E MAIL and find a measurement chart specific to the outfit you have just bought. Fill it out at your convenience and mail it back to us at sales@pramanik.in.
 
- You can also provide your measurements in “my order” section in the main menu.

Measurements Guide
   
  We are happy to give you a small guide line on how to take measurements your self. You can have a look at our sketch of the female torso and read our written guide to send us the right maeasurements so that we can give you the good fit of a Gyans outfit.
     
  A)  The chest measurement is taken over the fullest part of your bust line.
  B)  The waist is the curve on your torso .
  C)  The hips are the fullest part over yopur buttocks.
  D)  The shoulders are when you place the tape from the back on your shoulders and take the measurement from the right bone to the left one.
  E)  The depth of the neck from back and front is taken diagonally from the tip of the side of   your neck to the centre of your clevage and the same way for the back.
  F)  The length of the sleeve should be measured when you put the tape on the   bone of your  shoulders and then measure it to the desired length that you need.
  G)  Where the length of the sleeve ends is where you take the width of the sleeve.
  H)  For the saree blouse you need to take the dart point. So you put the tape on the centre of the shoulder and bring it down where your bust is at its fullest. It normally comes at 101/2
 inches and could be more on heavier chest sizes.
  I)  The length of the salwar is taken from the waist til the toes of your feet and add a few inches for the length of your sandal heels.
  J)  For the length of the lehanga take the waist where you will be tying it and the length begining from where you are going to tie the lehanga. Please do add inches according to the
  heels you are going to wear.
