Hits of 1980s, GLAM AND GLORY...
The young generation epecting much more from new hindi movies and their style icons were also changing very fast. This generation was about action and romantic young chocolate heros as Rajiv Kapoor (youngest son of Raj Kapoor), Salman Khan and Aamir Khan and rough and tough heros as Jackie Shroff, Kamal Hassan, Anil Kapoor, Mithun Chakraborty, Sunny Deol, Though the actors as Amitabh Bachchan, Rishi Kapoor, Vinod Khannain last generation 1970s were also giving the nice movies.
Rajashri productions' first super duper hit Maine Pyar Kiya and Aamir Khan's career making Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak were very popular among youngsters. Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak and movie of Vasu-Sapna, Ek Duuje Ke Liye were very popular among passionate lovers. This year 1980, was very successful as it gave very popular hits and new generation promising heros.
