Metallic’s in vogue’
This season, go the metallic way. Sleek and shiny metallic accessories have attracted the attention of the fashionistas now.  "Metal is very in. Copper, gold, bronze, silver… all these colours look great in metallic, " says designer Anupama Dayal. But metal can look cheap and tacky if not worn with care. "The safest formula is to go antiquated. Copper and gold looks best; even you have blues and greens with antiquated look. They also look good, " says Anupama. Avoid red, orange or turquoise in metallic as you run the risk of looking cheap.

To give your metallic accessories a classier look, you can experiment with the stones. Jewellery designer Naina Balsaver Ahmad says, "Big coloured stones in metals make them look classy. A big, chunky piece with semi-precious stones, uncut diamonds and Victorian stones look grand. " If you are not fond of stones, try a different look. Wear two metallic chains, one long and the other close to the neck. You will look happening. You can opt for huge metallic rings and instead of stones, opt for one with a gold star or flower in the centre.
