Summer season is the right time for giving the healthy tan to

6. Visit a good beauty parlour and have a fecial massage with nourishing fruit or another aroma product cream.
7. Apply a good sun screen lotion such as Lakme while going out.
8. Very important thing of all is keep yourself happy and smiling as laughter therapy is very good exercise for skin's health, samze MAMU? Calm Down and relax.
9. Give at least 30 minutes daily for Yoga and meditation. Keeping mind calm, concentrated and fresh also brings positive effects to your skin.
10. Be optimistic as positive thoughts increases your imagination power, thinking and decision making ability and working ability.
