Where do we make shipment?
|
We deliver our product to all around the world. We request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code as some of the courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address.
Be ensure that when your parcel is shipped at your door, someone should be there to receive that .
Kindly note that the deliveries made in weekdays only except Monday. Your product will be shipped
within Tuesday to Saturday in the working hours of courier and these vary from country to country.

BLUE DART is the carrier we use and the Pramanik customer can track the shipment online on the BLUE DART website www.bluedart.com. We also do product shipment by DHL. Both courier services are fast and reliable sources and you will get your required dress safely and as fast as possible in your hand after few clicks and some patience during the shipment period

Shipping cost
|

We take great pride in being able to offer absolutely FREE SHIPPING to any address in India and all over the world. Kindly note that customer need not to pay extra charge for shipping of a product.
International shipping and handling is also absolutely FREE for Pramanik customers.

Shipment period -
|
|
Generally the shipment procedure takes 7-10 days to hand over the parcel to customer. It takes 10 to 15 days to make a product depending on that product if your ordered product is not available in our current stock.
We ship all orders by fastest possible and safe courier services like DHL or BLUE DART and they deliver all over the world U.S., U.K., Canada, Australia, India, Singapore, South Africa and all Major cities of Middle and Far East. All orders are shipped by first class air courier services and home delivered within approximately 3-5 working days after dispatch of the shipment.
So Kindly note that it will take total 10 to 15 days for the shipment of your order since that particular order has been made. We don’t allow any compromise of time at the cost of quality and customers’ satisfaction.
Kindly note that no refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.

In case any delay in Shipment, what next?
|

Generally we take care of making the shipment in time for your convenience. But in any case if your required product is not available in our current stock then it may take 7-10 days to make that product. When the dress/saree is ready as per your requirement and satisfaction, it will be shipped by courier service in working days. So you may get your product in hand within 7-15 days. If not, then you may send your query by mail at sales@pramanik.in and we will try to do needful as soon as possible.

We offer absolutely FREE SHIPPING to any address in India and all over the world. You do not suffer any loss if courier company fails to deliver your order. Our reliable logistic courier partners take care of your valuable product to be delivered as early as possible without extra charges.
It will be convenient if you will be there at home to receive your product parcel. But in case it would not be possible, no need to worry. BLUE DART or DHL will try two times to deliver after which it will drop a telephone number at the address for the client to call on and give a convenient time to deliver.

Shipment and tracking details :
|

Our expert karigars and designers make the dress specially ordered by you. Then as soon as the parcel
of your product (s) handed over to the courier service, we send the shipment details alert mail to you.
The alert mail includes your order number, the status of order as if it is shipped, by which Courier,
the dispatch date and the receipt number. You may also check the status details of your product on our
order status page namely MY ORDER link. If you find your shipment has been delayed ( in some rare case
for some genuine reason) you may contact us at sales@pramanik.in or feel free to contact us directly on

Address change requests :
|
|
Once an order is registered, you are not suppose to make any changes. However, address change requests are raised by customer
in case as customer is providing incorrect address, we can change the delivery address by informing the BLUE DART or DHL OFFICE
(re-direct it to the new address). You may send your request for updation to sales@pramanik.in and the needful will be done.

Multiple address order -
|
|
We request you to provide all the details correctly for ease and fast delivery of your product without any failure.
You may not provide multiple addresses as we can not divide our products into two pieces to satisfy both the addresses.

Incorrect or incomplete address -
|
|
Incorrect and incomplete shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match due to
such cases unnecessary delay for shipment may cause. To avoid that and get your product in time without failure,
we recommend to provide us with proper, complete and correct addresses with correct zip code.
However address change requests are raised by customer in case as customer is providing incorrect address,
we can change the delivery address by informing the BLUE DART or DHL OFFICE (re-direct it to the new address).

Secure Packing method -
|
|
All the products are first packed in transparent thick polythene bag then covered up with a cotton bag and
then put corrugated box on which pramanik logo has been sticked up. Then courier parcel bag is wrapped around it.
Thus your parcel becomes ready to handover you with high security and safety.

Custom Duties -
|
|
Kindly note that VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the client.
We provide you FREE SHIPMENT of your product but we don’t bare any custom duties.
VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process,
but may be charged to you by your government. If government of your country charges custom duties by our courier services,
you have to pay those custom duty additional charges to courier services International clients suppose to bare the custom duty charges on their own.
